Bar between Inspector / explorer can't be used for resizing on Inspector Pop-out

Hi, when the inspector is popped-out, the icon bar between inspector and explorer can’t be used to resize. In other words, there is no resize mouse cursor “on hover” over the explorer’s icon bar.

This is because it is not supported in code ATM. We can see if we can support this, but there seems to be some error when initializing the resizing component in fullscreen mode.

This was never supported and not a bug, but a missing feature.
