Ben Hur - game concept

I’d like to polish up my inspiration “Ben Hur Light” from this morning


to have a view from a rider:

For this purpose I created another rider (“follower”) and used it for the target-camera position (after some other unsuccessfull tests with cameras). After a while the target camera shows the player on the path and lost it again… where do I still have to screw something tight here?

The radius should be the same to be on the same line

I’m not 100% sure what effect you’re going for, so I’ve only tried something basic, but one thing you might want to look at as an option is the FollowCamera. A preliminary integration with your scene yields the following:

While I’m guessing this isn’t entirely the result, it might be a good tool to help.

Hi syntheticmagus! I want the feeling to be the rider and would like have the view point of the rider during the race.

  • the boat wipes with the (yet unrendered) sea surface
