# Does babylon provide an algorithm for triangular meshing?

Hi @ZoeLeee - It is awesome that you are writing a STEP File Loader (here is a [previous discussion](https://forum.babylonjs.com/t/is-there-a-way-to-export-babylon-model-scene-to-cad-as-maybe-a-step-file/19668) on STEP). Adding @sebavan, in case he has an idea.
