I want Ocean Shaped like an mesh

let waterDemo0516 = this._scene.getMeshById(“waterDemo0516”);

I want Ocean mesh = waterDemo0516

use getMeshByName

What I mean is, is there a way for the shape of the ocean to be the same as that of an object

No, it’s not possible, the ocean is a specific triangulated mesh(es) whose vertex coordinates are generated by some compute shaders. You could try to update the vertices after they are generated, but you would need to do so in a compute shader too.
