I am trying to scale this skeleton model created in this playground when it is placed on the ground plane. The scale should be 10meters in all 3 axes. How do I achieve this?

you could scale the root node by the amount you want: [https://playground.babylonjs.com/#KDWCZY#160](https://playground.babylonjs.com/#KDWCZY#160)

```auto
model.meshes[0].scaling.scaleInPlace(2);
```

Then you could also get the hierarchy bounding info to know the current size in scene units and find your best multiplier to use in the previous function: [https://playground.babylonjs.com/#KDWCZY#161](https://playground.babylonjs.com/#KDWCZY#161)

```auto
const boundingInfo = model.meshes[0].getHierarchyBoundingVectors(true);
    const currentLength = boundingInfo.max.subtract(boundingInfo.min);
    const biggestSide = Math.max(currentLength.x, Math.max(currentLength.y, currentLength.z));
    const scale = 10 / biggestSide;
```
