The 2nd example seems to be working fine on my machine. Can you shed some light on what’s not working?

The effect is a shader, not physics simulation.

was checking babylon 6.0 there was no inbuilt solution for cloth or wind effect.

am trying with physics plugin **HavokPhysics** plugin but seems there is no option for wind effect.

There isn’t anything inbuilt that will easily do what you want. I’ve already advised you before that it would be MUCH easier to bake the simulation on Blender than trying to do it convincingly with shaders or physics simulation. I can’t offer any more help than that.
