Hello,
Exalted is a new gaming platform built around interactive journeys, player identity, challenges, and personalized gaming content. The Sandbox will be the first playable world users enter: an atmospheric environment where they explore multiple elemental regions, discover a mysterious cube, interact with the world, and eventually unlock a portal into the larger Exalted experience.
This project is a useful reference for the level of movement, atmosphere, environmental interaction, and visual polish we want to pursue:

We are not looking to copy Snowflow. We’re inspired by how it combines Babylon.js/WebGPU, responsive terrain, fluid movement, elemental effects, particles, lighting, and strong visual direction inside a browser.
Our larger world is being designed in Blender and includes desert, grass and forest, water, mountains, snow, and other elemental environments. We need someone who can help establish the bridge from Blender into Babylon.js and turn the map into a polished, performant, playable web experience.
The initial work would likely include:
- Reviewing the Blender map and asset structure
- Establishing a reliable Blender-to-Babylon.js/GLB pipeline
- Optimizing geometry, materials, textures, lighting, collisions, and loading
- Implementing third-person movement, camera controls, and environmental traversal
- Building one polished biome or elemental interaction as a proof of concept
- Creating a structure that can expand into the complete Exalted Sandbox
This could become a longer-term collaboration if the first milestone goes well.
I would also like to hear how you would approach importing and optimizing a large Blender environment for Babylon.js, and which parts of the Snowflow reference you would be most confident recreating at a similar quality level.
We have a bunch of 3d models in blender but no avatar models
Thank you,
Rob
