hello, thank you so much for your help. Finally it is resolved.
There were few issues actually
- First is I had to use webserver properly and load my index.html through webserver
- My understanding about gltf was not enough, I was just using gltf file without any textures
- Had messed up relative paths
It worked after correcting all the above, thanks to @RaananW for his patience and help
