Adding a BABYLON.UtilityLayerRenderer causes mouse interaction to stop working

Today (I think) something changed, just adding a utility layer to scene causes mouse interaction to stop working.

This simple playground example highlights the bug

Pinging @bghgary and @PolygonalSun as I feel it is related to InputManager (it works in 5.2 but not 5.0)
