Anyone for hire to create interactive 3D furniture for an ecommerce site?

Love this example - https://www.shangshouculture.com/

I would like to hire someone to help us achieve the same results for our wooden furniture range. I’m excited to have just learnt about the power and capability of Babylon Js, but implementing it is not a feet I’m capable of doing myself.

Anyone up for some freelance work? I thought this was the best place to find someone to achieve the best results. I also have the job posted on upwork.com

Cheers
Jonny

hmm. PM me if nobody else picks this up.

That would be a super easy project.

Hey. I thought I’d note a little update here with news that our project is now completed.

The project has taken 8+ months in the end. We had 60 products to make with 15 colours for each model. Along with all the modelling requirements, there was a lot of work involved on the speed and delivery, server side, CDN and compression to be able to deliver the 3D models on ALL our product pages loading real time so that it did not reduce the UX which is critical to our website being a ecommerce site where speed is integral to sales.

I know @hcmetal we discussed this back then and it didn’t work out, but you hope you like the end results.

This is rad! Any objection to me adding this to the community demos page?

And if you’re ok with it, do you have a direct URL to the 3D design page? It seems like the 3D design component is embedded in the main page…I’d love to have a direct url if possible.

It has turned out great! Congrats! Glad to see that more and more businessses are embracing WebGL 3D.

Hey. Thanks. No objection and I would be delighted to see it featured.

So we’ve just added targeting to the URL to help user direct straight to the 3D model. Hope that helps and is sufficient?

Hi Jonny, hope all is well, is it possible I could have a chat with you about the whole process of designing this, I’m looking to do something similar to this for my store. It would great to hear back from you.

Sorry for the delay on getting this up! It’s now live! Thanks for letting us showcase this great example of a great interactive 3D web experience!
