Missing types would be my main guess. I am sorry I didn’t get a chance to check it yet, but the inspector includes all needed code in it as a bundle.
If I understand correctly, adding the types solved the issue? They do exist in package.json - @babylonjs/inspector - npm (click dependencies)
Anyhow - checking now, I hope to have a solution very soon
