Quickly found this recent post for you. You can dig in there, but on the other hand, as I said in another post of yours, the essence of the issue comes from your model and the way it is built. Say you would apply your design on top of the already existing t-shirt mesh, the time for updating would be a lot shorter and there would also be no green artifact appearing during the process.
