Maybe a RawTexture could help?

A little bit: https://playground.babylonjs.com/#HR78UB#2 Getting max 45fps. At least some learning outcome is that RawTexture can make a good performance difference compared to DynamicTexture.

I liked your idea of implementing 2d animation of uranium decay in a Wilson chamber, and I made my version in 3d - Makarov Sphere.
