No difference rotating between WORLD and LOCAL axes

Please take a look into:

Two box named box and box1.
box rotates around (1,1,-1) in local axes.
box1 rotates around (1,1,-1) in the world axes.
I expected that box is rotating around the local axis and box1 is revoluting around the world axis.
But there are no difference between them. To see result open below:

Difference between world and local resides in the parenting.
As both boxes don’t have a parent, world and local rotation give the same result.
Local means local to the node. while world means it will take care of its parent matrix. Basically, in world, it will multiply by the inverse of the parent matrix.
