Regarding the management of your profile (for anything you cannot do, need admin support, have privacy related issue…) you can message or call-in anyone from the Team. They’ll take care of it and PM you in case the discussion is too sensitive to remain open.
As said above by @Dad72 May be - without giving out personal information and details -, you could start by leaving an open comment of what it is you need? You can then cc with an @ i.e. sebavan or PirateJC or RaananW, to fix or reply.
