Arcade flight simulation

Thanks for the input. There was some post on that on babylonjs so I folowed it and added deadzone and clamping. I should add a gui setting for deadzone I suppose. Right now it is arbitrary.
I looked up some flightsims forums and they have a crazy amount of settings but not going that far.

I put together the js-wings with my kid in mind. He is still a bit young to play games but I am getting his setup ready video

A10 Warthog?

Good guess! But more like Millennium Falcon had a baby with A10 and a grand dad was WW2 Messerschmitt. Looks a bit like ME 262 toward the end of WW2 when they run out of supplies and paint because I run out of supplies and paint.

I think you forgot to mention to the AI, that we should actually be able to fly this thingy according to the laws of physics :joy: Anyways, I’ll happily let you do the test flight will I’ll be watching you crash from the ground

What if the planet has denser atmosphere and/or weaker gravity?
What if there is a device some kind of an antigravity helper which helps to lift it?

Are you gonna happily let me die in the crash?

What if the device has an acme anti-crash device which prevents it from crashing? Or what if I just need to say “Beam me up, Scotty” whenever I get to deep trouble and going to crash?

In case of the acme crashing device, probably  Else, I would try to discourage you from doing this, of course :innocent:
