Would there be a way to tell the importer to skip the __root__ and just go up one level on the parsing? I am doing it manually at this point but which works, but I feel like its kinda unnecessary a lot of the time.

Does a glb have to come in with a root node?

We need it because it conveys the right to left hand conversion
