The current version of MeshWriter (1.2.3) includes Earcut. There is no longer a need to load Earcut separately. You may find it on github and npm.
The README has been updated to reflect the recommended syntax for use of ‘require’ to load MeshWriter.
The core MeshWriter utility has not changed as of this release.
