Multiplayer virtual world with 3D scans

I’ve built a new virtual world. Its multiplayer but you can only choose from 2 characters at the moment. They are actually the couple that run Two Goats in New York. I scanned them in when they visited me in Melbourne.

This is the website https://threedium.com

I’m curious to know how you’ve implemented the multiplayer networking aspect of the game?

The clients communicate with my C# server via websockets. Could also use a nodejs server for this. There are a lot of examples of HTML multiplayer games that use nodejs/websocket servers.

If you look at the web console you’ll see the host server address and also the radio stations I’m using.

I’ve added a TV screen so there’s live video streaming. You can see it in the alien world Threedium Alien world

I wanted to make it work with live streaming so everyone who is there will see the same thing at the same time.
