This person needs to have deep experience coding in Babylon and React, understand JavaScript and C# for back side, as well as a sufficient understanding of the Azure environment so they can effectively communicate with the database team.
Coding will need to be his/her biggest skill along with WebXR for AR/VR or another platform. A solid understanding of, and experience building design software would be a massive bonus, being that is the solution we are creating.
