Set setHardwareScalingLevel on Oculus Quest 2

I have had over 6 months to think about why the stuff, including the tool bar, settings area, & browser in 2D are virtually “shake free”. I have at times thought that immersive mode in the Browser is not as good as native. I have not been able to talk myself out of this with a better reason, but I still have a lot of other problems, so I have not done much.

I do wish to deploy using Babylon Native, regardless. In March, I double checked that Oculus has posted an OpenXR library, then asked a question Get OpenXR working on Oculus Quest.

We really need an apples to apples comparison of browser to Babylon Native on quest of the exact same scene. Any chance of that working before the end of summer, @syntheticmagus ?
