SixDofDragBehavior behaves strangely on first drag after upgrading from alpha.20

Updating from alpha.20 to alpha.30 and our interactions with scene objects has changed drastically. When dragging an object via bounding box gizmo drag behavior, the object moves very strangely when first grabbed, but subsequent drags are normal. This applies to both desktop & XR controller interactions

Adding @Cedric, and @bghgary regarding the latest changes on this front as they might need to involve Rick and RGerd from Github who did the latest commits on this part.
