About color palette in babylonjs-playground

What is color palette addin in babylonjs-playground? such as the address https://www.babylonjs-playground.com/#SK5XDX#3. Row number 12/17

Could I install it in VSCode? If not, what are you using in VSCode to preview BABYLON.Color3?
