Fail to Import Babylon Editor Toolkit in Unity

I import the old package named "Babylon Material Library.unitypackage"into Unity, but no menu of babylonjs appeared, then new package into Unity , menu appeared,but only this:

Do you have the latest package? My Unity version is unity 2018.3.6. My operating system is Win10 .

Also Note… The Babylon Material Library is NOT the toolkit… It is content addons that add Shader Material support… like water and fur from the Babylon Materials Library
