GLTFFileLoader does not support EXT_mesh_features extension

cc @bghgary, but it seems it is a vendor extension from Cesium, not an official extension from Khronos. So, I’m not sure if we have plans to support it (but contributions are always welcome!).

We do not have plan to implement it ourselves but gladly welcome contributions for it. Would you be willing to contribute it ?
