How to move skeleton/bone to interpolated key frame?

Building on top of the earlier question:

Is there a function that can move a skeleton to a fractional key frame, e.g. 3.75, so interpolation would be done between key frames 3 and 4?

I’m not sure to understand the question, you do it like in the other PG, just use a fractional value for frame?
