Introduction of Babylon.js Editor v4

I found Babylon.js Editor has fantastic updates as v4. It is still beta, but it worth to try.

The following blog post introduce basic usages of Babylon.js Editor v4 and provides a sample game repo developed by the editor. Hope it will works for developers.
