Is Babylonjs still in "lock"?

Hey,
Just wondering, about a week or two ago babylonjs was put under a sort of lock becuase 4.0 was about to be released. Is it still under lock?

Very low probability. Playground already showing 4.1.0-alpha.0, There had to be at least one commit to change this. Also, this has been the case in the past. Let your PR fly.
