Light inside of a transparent mesh

I am trying to achieve the same effect -

I am wondering how to approach it and for the moment I think about putting a new light inside every one of these parts.
I am wondering if I am missing something - probably a special material that I am missing.
Would be happy to learn if any of you has faced a similar challenge.
