Mesh Rotation and Scale default value

Hi,

I m getting a rotation default value of { x: 0, y: 180, z: 0 } and scale default value { x: 1, y: 1, z: -1 } OR the default value can be changed to rotation { x: 0, y: 0, z: 0 } and scale { x: -1, y: 1, z: 1 }. I m wondering the reason behind rotation y:180 and scale z:-1?

If this model is imported from glTF, the explanation would be that glTF is right handed while BJS is left handed. The importer therefore adds a root transform node with these transformations to account for the difference in handedness. That kind of question seems to come up pretty regularly in the forum.
