New Sandbox-based asset viewer as a VS Code extension

stateful meaning the entire state of the app, but the main point is that it doesn’t do a full window reload. Sorry, NME is the babylon node material editor. It can be hard to find, another reason it’d be cool to have it in vscode. There is also an awesome animation curve editor and texture editor too.

il use this example from the docs to illustrate
.Node Material Procedural Textures | Babylon.js Documentation
opening the pg here .https://playground.babylonjs.com/#8S19ZC#1

and follow these 3 steps:

clicking #3 opens a new window (the NME)

you can also go directly to the nme here, but then its not connected to a scene
this https://nme.babylonjs.com/

this video explains how to hook a nme snippet to a scene

there is also the texture editor

which opens this window
