Playground and babylonjs.com - access from some IP addresses is blocked

For https://www.babylonjs.com/ and https://playground.babylonjs.com/ - most of the time I cannot access these sites from my current IP 37.145.73.219 (Moscow, Russia).
Seems that access from some IP addresses is blocked for some reasons…
When I change IP with VPN there are no problems; but it means that I cannot send to clients, for example, Playground link, and be sure that they will be able to open it with no hassle.
Meanwhile Forum works in both cases.
Is there some ways to resolve this issue?

Unfortunately this is something we have no control over. It seems that Netlify is having difficulties to serve pages to Russia

Maybe you can ask them why?

Hoping that they will fix this issue soon. Also you may refer ip login guide. It might be helpful in resolving this issue.

Accessing a block IP address problem is really annoying one, i hope we get the solution soon

In a more positive note, the playground is now hosted using a different CDN that serves Russia for sure.

I hope the website will soon move to the same CDN as well
