Is there a standard for developing extensions? What about a registry for releasing them? I’m working on a boids system and would like to release it. It could complement the crowd extension.

No specific:) Just create a folder with the build instructions, doc and bin in the extension folder 
Bonus point if you add a doc page in the doc.babylonjs.com
