Shadow does not animate along with my GLB model

I can’t get the shadows animated somehow

Your scene is packed with errors for a start. Open the console to check.
There’s no link to your glb. Only the (peculiar) name of the file.
And when in the PG, the PG already has its own create engine defaults so you don’t have to declare these parts (and depending on how you do it they might even conflict).
