Mysterious, intriguing! Canāt wait ā¦
OMG, it will be not JS, Babylon.C/C++ or Babylon.ASM?
Yahoo!!! ![]()
Canāt wait! ![]()
They explode the ā.jsā part at the end ![]()
How intriguing, canāt wait to see whatās this all about ![]()
Exciting! ![]()
I canāt wait to share the news either:)
Iām really looking forward to seeing it!
Iām curious to know whether this will benefit only a select few in specific use cases, or if it will benefit almost everyone.
Either way, Iām excited!
Let me have a wild guess here and says it will benefit a lot of people ![]()
I might actually be looking forward to this more than GTA6.
Always love the amazing features the team ships hand-in-hand with the enlightening and entertaining announcements!
This is neat, even if my WAG turns out to be way off. Hereās my guess:
The āBabylon.js Liteā in the page title says something, and the video says even more. The Lite along with the strong āFastā message implies either/both a faster rendering times and/or a reduced size of the BJS libraries and dependencies.
Iād wager from the various hints in the video (Iām pretty confident I know who put the Walt Disney quote in there
) that thereās been a major breakthrough with Babylon (minus the .js) Native that paints bright red racing stripes on the engine. Perhaps something something HAL something something marshalling data to/from GPU something something? ![]()
Put it together and I think we are getting an even closer-to-metal version of BJS that comes in a small, compact module that can run with any type of GPU hardware, including Applesā with iOS!
I always have tended to dream big though, so while Iām at it can I get some winning lottery numbers since weāre making random guesses?
Wouldnāt it be funny if they just moved to a faster server⦠![]()
Of course I had to bug AI about trailer analysis. Now I am really hyped
(and curious how well AI can predict stuff like that).
I went trawling through Github issues, commits and open PRs. I think there maybe clues in there ⦠but I donāt want to spoil the fun ![]()
I propose hacking PirateJSās computer just to find out the news ![]()
