Textblock _lines undefined when using computeExpectedHeight()

Is this the new behavior I should expect, or an actual bug?

Thanks Deltakosh. This gives me a chance to go through and look over some of my code to handle these custom panels.

I was able to find a work around though, just waiting for the afterDrawObservable seems to fix it.
