After I click the inputText and input some characters, when I click the inputText for the second time, the inputText gives no response. This only happens on mobile.

I guess you know the inputText is made of two parts: the inputText(block) and the input.text.
May be you are selecting just the block and not the value for input.text? Did you try to tap twice?
What happens exactly? You cannot enter a new text or the text doesn’t select/focus?
When you say mobile, is it all mobile or just iOS?

Never mind, I’ve used a walk around for now.
