I think I see what’s going wrong. I’ll do the change with this PR: Remove viewDirectionFactor for GS SH by CedricGuillemet · Pull Request #17544 · BabylonJS/Babylon.js · GitHub keep an eye on it

In PG, camera was not placed correctly. With the Sandbox, a camera placement is chosen, base on bounding volume, to display the object properly. With the Playground, you have more control. https://playground.babylonjs.com/?inspectorv2=true#ICPKY1
