Sandbox: error loading splat file

Engine: WebGL2
Browser: Chrome and Firefox
Steps to reproduce:

  1. Open sandbox
  2. Load this file
    application.zip (936.1 KB)
  3. Open devtools and check console

Expected:
It normally loads and renders it.

Other notes:
It’s a regression as version 7.54.0 works
