Unity PBR Specular Highlights

YO @Deltakosh , @sebavan (or anyone else who might have info)…

In Unity standard pbr shaders, they have an option called Specular Highlights that add all this extra specular glossiness. Is there way we can add this kind of extra specular glossiness

And without the extra specular glossiness (Which is how BJS is currently rendering)
