Using HasAlpha and Alpha for Object at the same time

Hi, I dress a plane with a texture round image and hide the plane and show only the image. I want to decrease the alpha of the picture, but if I want to decrease the alpha of the picture, the plane becomes visible. How can I use both HasAlpha’s property and alpha’s property at the same time? Please your help.

You can use the same texture for the opacity like this:
