Apply normal maps to babylon cubes/spheres

In my engine editor I’m running into a snag, has anyone experienced this before ? As soon as I apply my Normal map the chain is messed up, I have literally been over every line of code tracking this and I’ve come up short.

Can you share repro of the broken setup in the babylon playground ? that would help us troubleshoot.

After lots of gruelling over code and shader code I finally figured out the babylon ‘homemade’ cube had no tangents..
