Compute shaders

Are Compute Shaders (WebGL 2.0 Compute) something you have an eye on?

I don’t really know the status of the spec, is there a chance it will be broadly adopted by browsers one day or everyone is waiting for WebGPU to be finalized and use this instead?

I would prefer to wait for the finalization of the WebGPU spec to implement it as the extension might not get as much traction once WebGPU will be released.
