Guidance Needed for Dissolving Skybox Transition

I’m working on a skybox transition effect, where one skybox dissolves into another. The transition should be controlled by a value ranging from 0 (no dissolve) to 1 (fully dissolved).

I’m considering using a noise function for the dissolve effect. I’m looking for any advice, guidance, or existing examples that could help me implement this feature effectively
