Hello for my project i need to make the cursors of my mouse snapping to a corner (like my line) if someone can help me

Do you mean actually moving the mouse cursor ? 
Instead I would advice to use a distance threshold to trigger an action when close to a corner (like highlighting the corner, to show that it’s this one being interacted with) because I think forcing the cursor itself to a position might feel really weird ^^
yes moving the mouse cursor, i don’t know if it’s possible
For some security reason, you cannot move the actual cursor (just imagine the implication, you could force a click on any link, etc…)
What you can do is hiding the actual mouse, creating your own cursor following the mouse, and then this (fake) cursor, you can snap it if you want
