Implementing a chase cam like this?

I’d like to implement a chase cam like the one shown in the video which maintains the current distance to the target and the rotation around it. Please not that I’m only manipulating the camera in the video. Not the aircraft. I’ve experimented with both ArcRotateCamera and ArcFollowCamera but neither appears to work the way I want. Any suggestions?
