I noticed PEP (Used for touch interactions) is still declared as required in the documentation. However PEP has been officially archived as the spec has reached a level of support that satisfies the powers at be.
Do we actually still need this library in 4.2? If so why? I should also point out that the blog post covering this archival also states that browsers APIs for this functionality should now be used directly.
