Keeping project source safe on web deployed page?

I have a project I’ve developed and I am in talks with a competitor in order to merge my tech into their system.
I’m worried about them just pulling my source and just walking away and I know I can’t protect my IP. Is there any way to keep my source secure other than minifying and obfuscation?

Unfortunately no
But you can add license terms in headers of your file so if they steal it they will be considered as robbers by the law

Thank you, this is a perfect answer.
Is there examples or templates that you guys may have that covers the babylon JS under it’s own terms and my work under my licence?

We simply refer to this: Babylon.js/license.md at master · BabylonJS/Babylon.js · GitHub
