Missing AR setup in BabylonReactNativeSample project

Hi!

I really like the idea of the BabylonReactNativeSample project to quickly get started with Babylon on native. When I tried it out I did notice the AR setup (permissions etc) were missing from it though, I’ve added them for both Android and iOS in this pull request Add AR configuration and permissions dependency by HedwigAR · Pull Request #3 · BabylonJS/BabylonReactNativeSample · GitHub. Let me know what you think of it!

This is the first pull request I’ve done for a Babylon project so I’m open to all feedback :smiley:

Nice, I just added this locally for iOS last week also because of a demo we were doing, but I didn’t get a chance to add the Android version. This is great! Thanks for the contribution.
