There are cylindrical tubes : Babylon.js docs
but there is no possibility of making a square tube.
Isn’t it possible to add the shape to the tube options to make a square tube?
Thank you

did you try tessellation: 4?

Alternatives:

or use a Ribbon.
Tessellation 4 gives me a diamond/octaedre and not a square.
And the ribbon twists and does not stay horizontal.
What about this technic?

Maybe you can use extrusion:

I’m going to try extrusion. I hope to understand how it works.
But there is no quick way to integrate a square tube into Babylon. The round tube already exists, I imagine that there must not be much to do to make a square tube. I don’t know, I don’t know much under the hood of Babylon.
This is just a square with 2 opposite sides missing, scaling takes care of the rest. I wonder if Node Geometry can handle this? Might be an excuse to play & find out.
